60 Days Return Warranty
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item(s) purchased from Bellevoga.com, you can contact our Support Center. You can return the product within 60 days after receiving the package. We are committed to providing the best solution for our customers. All issues can be negotiated, and we do not accept refund requests without contacting us first.
Return Policy:
1. Bellevoga’s Responsibility
Within 60 days of receiving the product, we are fully or partially responsible for the following defective items:
- Stains
- Faulty zippers
- Tears or rips
- Obvious color differences
- Significant differences between the product pictured and the product you receive
We will resolve your issue through refund, compensation, or free resending until you are satisfied.
Size Issues:
- If there is a significant size discrepancy between the product and the actual item, we will be responsible for solving it.
- If the size issue is due to your misjudgment, we can offer a free replacement, but you will need to pay the postage.
We prioritize customer satisfaction, and everything is negotiable.
2. Customer’s Responsibility
Bellevoga is not liable for the following issues:
- Customer’s subjective factors or simply disliking the product
We will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
Warranty Notes:
- Our warranty does not apply to the following product categories:
- Swimwear
- Lingerie
- Earrings
- Clearance items
If Bellevoga made a mistake, we will always resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Loose threads or small seam problems are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for return.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and original packaging intact.

Please contact us for the return address. If the issue is Bellevoga’s responsibility, we will process the refund within 1 business day. If the customer voluntarily exchanges or returns the item, we will refund after receiving the return package.
